Driving / On Foot
The most direct access is to enter the Princess Royal Hospital complex at the roundabout on Lewes Road, turn right to pass in front of the hospital and follow the one-way system running parallel with the South Downs past Hurstwood Park. Turn left at Southdowns Park and pass the bowling green and tennis courts on your left to find the pool next to the courts. Limited parking is available next to the pool or in the car park before the bowling green (see map above).
Parking
Free parking is available for swimmers using the pool.

Additional parking can be found at the car park next to the bowls green. This is free for swimmers when adding car registration details into the portal at the swimming pool entrance. Please ask a member of staff for details.
